Pure Water

• 15L Home / Office - Ultra pure drinking water for use on water coolers or dispensers. Free delivery Melbourne metro area (6 bottle minimum).
• Custom Label Pure Water - Pure bottled water with your logo. A unique marketing and merchandising tool for events, fundraising and sales.
• Commercial Pure Water - Ultra pure drinking water for use on water coolers or dispensers. Free delivery Melbourne metro area (6 bottle minimum).
• Demineralised Water - Ultra pure demineralised water, ATSM Type 1 quality, available in various quantities. Demineralised water is sold by the litre. Hydro Clear can fill any container supplied by the customer or have various containers available for purchase.

Domestic Filtration

• Reverse Osmosis Purifier
  Where ultra pure water is required, our undersink reverse osmosis purification system is ideal. Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a membrane process that acts as a molecular filter to remove 92 - 99% of dissolved salts and organics, and more than 98% of biological and colloidal matter including particles, bacteria, pyrogens, colloids and organic contaminants from water. By applying an external pressure (i.e. mains water pressure) the system forces pure water through a 0.0002 micron membrane while rejecting the impurities, which are flushed to drain. The pure water is stored in a pressure tank for use on demand. The amount of waste water rejected by the system is less than 2 cents per day for normal family use. Maintenance costs are $55 approx. every 12 months to replace the pre-filters (plus service call if required) and $150 approx. 3-4 years to replace the membrane and post-filter.
• Single Drinking System
  The single under sink drinking system is ideal for those requiring filtered water on a budget. It features a single-stage filter system and provides filtered water through a point-of-use faucet. The system uses a composite filter to remove suspended solids such as dirt, rust and other particles from the water supply, down to 1 micron. It is also effective in removing chlorine, taste, odour and organic particles. The filter is NSF53 approved for >99.95% reduction of Giardia and cryptosporidium cysts.
• Twin Drinking System
  The twin under sink drinking system is our most popular model. It features a two-stage filter system and provides filtered water through a point-of-use faucet. The first stage is a sediment filter which removes suspended solids such as dirt, rust and other particles from the water supply, down to 1 micron. The second stage is a Carbon Block 0.5 micron filter. This is the finest grade carbon filter available and removes chlorine, taste, odour and organic particles. The filter is NSF53 approved for >99.95% reduction of Giardia and cryptosporidium cysts.
• Undersink Chiller
  With the addition of an undersink chiller. Filtered cold water is always available at the filter tap outlet. UV Sterilisers

  This tap is included with all undersink systems.
• Deluxe Tap
  This tap is an optional upgrade from the standard tap.
• Countertop - The countertop filter system is ideal for those requiring filtered water on a budget or where portability is required. It features a single-stage filter system and connects to an existing sink faucet to provide filtered water through a spout. By switching a diverter valve the water flow can be directed either through the filter (for consumption) or unfiltered straight through the existing faucet (for washing dishes etc.)
• Clean Bath & Shower Filter - High quality water purifier, Effective treatment to remove Chlorine, Resists bacteria growth, NSF approved, Easy connection to existing plumbing
• Whole Of House Systems - Whole supply carbon filter with semi-automatic backwash valve, ideal for chlorine & organic chemical removal from all water entering the house. The unit does not require any electricity. It operates on mains water pressure and uses a mechanical valve to flush the system. Ongoing maintenance currently costs $260 for a carbon media change approx. every 3 years depending on water quality and usage.

Systems are designed to suit your specific application, based on feed water quality, production rate and product water quality requirements. Usually a water analysis is required before a system can be quoted.

Water Coolers

Hydro Clear stock a large range of water coolers available for sale or rental. Water coolers are available in free standing and benchtop models with ambient/chilled or chilled/hot taps. Water coolers are perfect for providing pure fresh water for the home or office.
